Con la ayuda del test de francés efectuado en el momento de la inscripción, los estudiantes son repartidos en los 3 niveles principales del CERL: principiante, intermedio, avanzado. Estos 3 niveles contienen cada uno 2 etapas correspondientes a 100 horas de clase. Al final de cada mes, un test evalúa precisamente el nivel conseguido. Inflexyon otorga un certificado validando el nivel adquirido por el alumno.

Le Réveillon is a symbolic awakening to the meaning of Christ's birth and is the culinary high point of the season.Each region in France has its own traditional Christmas menu, with dishes like turkey, capon, goose, chicken etc.
Another important aspect of French Christmas celebrations with the christmas tree is the "crèche" filled with santons, which is displayed in churches and many homes.
