Une première distribution a eu lieu le samedi 10 Octobre Place Bellecour. Plus de 160 000 guides ont été distribués par les 26 membres de l’association et une vingtaine de bénévoles. The association of the Le Petit Paumé conçoit et distribue un guide critique et gratuit de la ville de Lyon. Pour cela, l'association composée d’étudiants de L’EM (école de management de renom) teste tous les restaurants, bars et commerces. Le lancement du guide est devenu un évènement attendu par les Lyonnais qui affluent en masse pour obtenir la dernière version du Petit Paumé. Comme chaque année, près de 140 000 personnes sont attendues. En quarante ans, le guide est devenu une véritable institution et fête populaire très attendue. Une deuxième distribution aura lieu à Part dieu le Samedi 17 Octobre à partir de 10h.

La Nuit du Petit Paumé 2009 aura lieu quant à elle le 16 octobre au Double Mixte

Une programmation festive avec de nombreux artistes au son du rock et des musiques électro.

A first hand out of the Petit Paumé took place on Saturday October 10 at Place Bellecour. More than 60 000 guides were released. 26 members of the association and around 20 voluntaries carried out the action. The association of the Petit Paumé creates and hands out this free and limited critic guide of Lyon. For that, the students of EM Lyon ( a famous business school) members of the association test all the restaurants, bars and shops of the city. The annual launching of the guide has become a major event, expected by the residents who rush every year to catch the new version of the Petit Paumé. Each year around 140,000 people are expected. This guide has become in forty years a real institution and the weekends of the launching are folkloric parties.

A second hand out session will take place on Saturday October 17 at Part Dieu in the morning, starting at 10 :00.

The night of the Petit Paumé 2009 will take place on October 16 at the Double Mixte. A festive program with various artists from rock music to electronic beats.

ローヌ県庁における、フランス滞在許可証の申請方法は以下のとおりです。
１：フランス入国後３ヶ月以内に、申請用紙に必要事項を記入し、パスポートのコピー（顔写真とフランス入国スタンプのページ）を添付する。
２：上記書類は、下記の移民局OFIIへ配達証明付きの書留(recommandé avec accusé de réception)にて郵送する。

ビザを有効にするには、移民局より送られてくる召集状を持参し、医療検診を受け、規定の料金を納める事。また以上の手続きが完了して、正式な滞在許可が得られる。入国後３ヶ月を超えた申請手続きは無効となり、自国へ帰国し、あらためて長期ビザの発給をうけなければならない。
