A 30 Km. al sur de Beaujolais, Lyon es el lugar histórico donde tuvieron mayor auge los nuevos vinos beaujolais, que se servían en todos los “bouchons” de la ciudad en el período entre guerras, hasta tal punto que el Beaujolais fue en un tiempo considerado como « el tercer río de la ciudad ». Hoy, esta fiesta siempre se celebra en los “bistrots”, particularmente en aquellos que muestran bien alto los colores del Beaujolais…

２００８年１１月２０日（木）午前０時　ボジョレ・ヌーヴォ解禁

ボジョレ地方の南３０kmに位置するリヨンでは、１９２０年頃にはすでに町のブッションレストランでボジョレ・ヌーヴォが盛んにふるまわれていた。ローヌ川とソーヌ川につづく第３の河川と呼ばれるほどリヨン庶民には馴染みの深いものであり、後のボジョレ・ヌーヴォ発展にも大きな役割をもたらした。
リヨンではブッションレストランをはじめビストロでのボジョレ・ヌーヴォ解禁を祝うお祭り騒ぎは、今も変わらず健在である。
